Easy and intuitive to use - could fill out forms right away with little effort. Signature capture using the laptop camera did not work - the signature ink lines not clear after cleaning up the image. I scanned my signature at 300dpi using a scanner, and saved that image.
I tried this, liked it, and bought 1 year subscription.

My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

Start by uploading a PDF to pdfFiller. Click ADD NEW and choose how you’d like to add a PDF to your account. Don’t forget that you can find a fillable PDF in our online library of 25 million documents. Ask your teammates for a specific PDF or create your own document from scratch.
To make a PDF smaller, split it into several documents. Select the PDFs you want to compress in the pdfFiller dashboard or in the folder where you store them, and click Split.
Split the pages of your large PDF into separate documents. These new documents will be saved as a downloadable ZIP file.
After you've selected pages to shrink a PDF, click Split. Then, select the destination where your document will be saved — Desktop, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box. Then click Download Now.

Can I revise a PDF once I’ve edited it?
You can always revise your document. All your PDFs are stored in My Docs until you delete them.
How do I compress several PDFs into one?
Select the PDFs you want to compress into a single document. Click Merge on the right. Name your new PDF and click Merge one more time.
How do I add a new PDF to my account?
To assemble a new document in pdfFiller, click Add New and upload a document from your device or cloud storage, find a PDF in our online library of fillable forms, or ask your colleagues for a PDF via email.
